Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Meeting & Event Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of events and conferences, working closely with our sales team and general manager to deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage event logistics, including venue setup, catering, and audiovisual equipment
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless event execution
  • Collaborate with the general manager to develop and implement event strategies
  • Provide exceptional customer service to event attendees and clients
  • Manage event budgets and ensure financial compliance
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including event planners and clients
