Our agency provides effective interventions that improve the lives of youth, strengthening families and communities within the Commonwealth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor the case management process to ensure compliance with DJJ guidelines.
  • Screen cases at intake for intra-facility transfers and community placements.
  • Conduct quarterly file audits to ensure compliance with department standards.
  • Supervise and oversee the work of casework staff.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in social work or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in case management or supervision.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to commit to an initial basic skills training program.

Competitive salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
