We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nightshift Autism Practitioner to join our supported living service in Helensburgh. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the Senior Autism Practitioner and colleagues to develop personalized support plans that cater to the unique needs of our service users.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the Senior Autism Practitioner to create and implement individualized support plans that promote the well-being and independence of our service users.
- Provide high-quality support and care to individuals with autism, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
- Work closely with colleagues to maintain a safe and supportive living environment that fosters a sense of community and belonging.
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote best practice in autism support.
- Relevant qualifications and experience in autism support or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with service users, colleagues, and external partners.
- Ability to work flexibly, including night shifts, and be part of a rotating on-call rota.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with best practice in autism support.
- A competitive hourly rate of £12.49 - £13.33.
