Job Title: Project Lead - High-Value Contracts

The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Project Lead to manage high-value civil engineering contracts across the North West region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering multiple civil engineering projects, ensuring they meet safety, quality, and performance standards.

Based at our Trafford Park Head Office, you will work on projects with individual contract values of up to £10m. Travel to sites within the North West Region will be required.

Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver projects including earthworks, drainage, highways, and utility infrastructure.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
* Manage direct resources, subcontractors, and designers effectively.
* Take responsibility for the operational and financial success of your projects.
* Handle the procurement of materials, plant, and subcontractors.
* Work with various contract forms, including NEC and JCT Design & Build.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Proven experience managing civil engineering projects, including familiarity with NEC and JCT contracts.
* HND or degree in civil engineering or a related field.
* A full UK driving licence.
* Strong knowledge of civil engineering specifications and standards.
* Excellent leadership and coordination skills.

Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
