Job Summary

This is a key role within our growing engine test facility, where you will play a crucial part in delivering high-quality results for our customers.

We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in automotive or motorsport to join our team as an Engine Development Specialist. This is a challenging and varied position that requires the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of engine testing and development, as well as excellent communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work on various engine development projects, including design, testing, and validation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Contribute to the development of new engines and technologies.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary, ranging from £40,000 to £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. Other benefits include access to ongoing training and development opportunities, flexible working arrangements, and a comprehensive pension scheme.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A degree in a relevant field, such as mechanical engineering.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in engine testing and development.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with relevant software and tools, such as data analysis programs and CAD systems.
