Job Opportunity: Compass Associates is seeking a highly skilled Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join their team in London.

About the Role: As an Advanced Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a Primary Care setting. You will work closely with the healthcare team to deliver excellent patient outcomes and promote health equality within the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
  • Prescribe medications and treatments as needed
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes

Requirements:

  • Registered with the relevant NMC/GPhC/HCPC
  • MSc in Advanced Nursing or equivalent
  • Previous experience working in a Primary Care setting
