Electronics Assembly Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Electronic Assembly Technician to join our dynamic team at M2 Resourcing. The successful applicant will be responsible for assembling electronic components and sub-assemblies with precision and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of electronic assembly processes and have a keen mechanical aptitude.
Duties:
- Assembling electrical components and sub-assemblies according to specifications and diagrams.
- Utilise power tools and hand tools effectively to complete assembly tasks.
- Perform quality checks on assembled products to ensure compliance with standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to assembly process or components.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Document all assembly processes and report any discrepancies or improvements.
Skills:
- Proficient soldering skills.
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools for assembly tasks.
- Strong knowledge of electronic systems and components.
- Excellent mechanical knowledge to understand assembly processes thoroughly.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and technical drawings accurately.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for quality assurance.
- Good communication skills to work effectively within a team environment.
Working Hours:
- 27 - 36 hours per week.
