We collaborate closely with THG Society, our influencer marketing platform, which allows brands to access extraordinary locations, create content, and host events with influencers and clients.

As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will play a key role in delivering rapid growth for THG's fast-moving, global brands.

Main Responsibilities

  • Plan, supervise, and control various food and beverage operations, working closely with the F&B manager.
  • Anticipate guests' needs, respond promptly, acknowledge all guests, and resolve complaints to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Communicate effectively with managers and supervisors regarding any guest or staff issues.
  • Encourage and motivate staff with a positive attitude.
  • Operate POS systems and maintain security.
  • Manage waiters, barmen, and runners to ensure the smooth running of the floor and that duties are carried out in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain excellent product knowledge.
  • Conduct service briefings.
  • Ensure all front-of-house staff adhere to the 'company code of conduct' and 'standard operating procedures.'
  • Monitor staff service levels to establish areas for attention or further training and provide training where required.
  • Ensure the correct setup for functions and bookings.
  • Provide ongoing menu and beverage training and develop regular tests.
  • Monitor staff breaks and general timekeeping.
