About the Role

We are offering a competitive salary of £63,500 per annum, reflecting the company's commitment to attracting and retaining top talent. As a Digital Transformation Specialist, you will be responsible for partnering with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and implementing strategic solutions that drive business outcomes. This will involve gathering requirements, developing business cases, and providing guidance on the effective use of our ERP system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establishing ERP needs through business process analysis and consultation
  • Providing business guidance and strategy to leverage current ERP capabilities
  • Leading the business in proper ERP utilization, deployment, and upgrades
  • Assessing requests for new projects, initiatives, and enhancements to the ERP systems
  • Coordinating ERP-related activities with the development team
  • Ensuring quality of ERP upgrades, patches, and/or enhancements through thorough testing
  • Maintaining adherence to the ERP change control process
  • Providing technical support and training to ERP end-users
  • Documenting ERP processes and ensuring compliance with industry regulations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or equivalent experience
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in an ERP or related field in a large-scale manufacturing environment
  • Proven expertise in Microsoft SSRS and relational databases using SQL (preferably Oracle)
  • Experience working with Microsoft Excel and Access
  • Ability to effectively work with end-users and business teams for requirements gathering, understanding customer needs, testing, etc.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Cincom Control is desired
  • Exceptional interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal guidance required
  • Strong business analysis background with a track record of delivering large, complex ERP projects
