About the Role

We are currently looking for an experienced Automotive Panel Refinisher to join our team at Tru Talent. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in panel refinishing and a passion for delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work on a variety of vehicle makes and models, from minor scratches to major damage
  • Use advanced painting techniques to achieve a showroom finish
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects
Requirements:
  • Recognised apprenticeship in automotive panel refinishing and a technical qualification (such as NVQ / VCQ / SVQ)
  • Previous experience working in a busy body shop
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently
Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this position is up to £45,000 (DOE) + Bonus. We also offer flexible hours and a 42.5 hour week, Monday - Friday.
