**Job Summary:**
Supply Desk Limited is currently recruiting for an experienced SEN Teacher to work in a dynamic school setting in Brighton. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of SEN and be able to develop tailored education programs for students with diverse needs.
Key Job Functions:
- Creating and implementing inclusive lesson plans for Key Stage 1 and 2 students
- Providing individualized support to students with SEN, promoting their academic growth and well-being
- Maintaining open lines of communication with parents, carers, and other stakeholders
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
- Have extensive experience working with students with SEN
- Be proficient in creating and managing Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
