We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our team in Islington. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients, working closely with our specialist nurse-led services to deliver complex care in the comfort of their own homes.

About the Role:
  • Provide person-centered care to clients with complex needs, including those with non-invasive ventilation, PEG feeds, and epilepsy.
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
  • Deliver care 24/7, 365 days a year, with a focus on continuity and consistency.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge in complex care.

  • Competitive hourly pay rates, ranging from £14 to £17.93 per hour.
