Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Swim Instructor to join our team at Nuffield Health. As a Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality swimming lessons to individuals of all ages and abilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver engaging and effective swimming lessons that cater to the needs of our diverse client base.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure a positive and supportive learning environment.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of swimming programs and initiatives that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve targets and improve the overall performance of swimming lessons.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and promote the benefits of our facilities to clients.

Requirements

  • Hold a Swim England Level 2 or equivalent qualification.
  • Have a strong passion for swimming and a commitment to delivering high-quality lessons.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work on an ad-hoc basis to meet the needs of the business.
