Program Overview:
Verisk's Summer Internship Program is designed to provide you with real work experience, professional development, and networking opportunities. This is a full-time paid internship program spanning ten weeks from June through August 2025. Participation in the internship program requires that you are located near your assigned office (London) as the program is a hybrid work schedule, requiring you to be in the office at least 2 days per week.

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst Intern to join our team. As a Data Analyst Intern, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including maintaining and updating Country Risk datasets, supporting the development of new risk indices, and assisting with client work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update Country Risk datasets to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Support the development of new risk indices based on advanced geospatial datasets.
- Assist with client work, including data analysis and reporting.
Requirements:
- Enrolled in the penultimate year of Bachelor's degree or Master's degree with a major in Climate & Sustainability, STEM, Geography, Economics, Data science, Organizational Resilience/Natural Catastrophe, Risk Modelling.
- A history of tackling projects with a quantitative lens, and a desire for data-driven insights.
- Verisk serves the insurance vertical, so an interest or past experience in insurance is helpful, though not required.

- Online Assessments: Our team is eager to get to know you better. During this session, you'll be asked a series of prerecorded questions to understand what motivates you and where your interests lie. This is your chance to make yourself stand out from the pack. Additionally, you will complete an Excel test to assess your proficiency with basic Excel functionalities.
- Final Live Virtual Interview: This round is to determine if Verisk's culture is right for you. You'll have the opportunity to speak with several members of our business recruitment committee.
- Offer: Our committee will meet and discuss your candidacy. Should you be extended an offer, we will advise you of the specific role and location where your internship will take place.
