Job Title: Head of Commercial Management

Location: Remote (with occasional travel to Coventry)

Salary: Up to £85,000 per annum + Bonus

We are seeking a strategic thinker to drive business growth through mergers and acquisitions. As Head of Commercial Management, you will be responsible for creating and executing detailed integration plans, overseeing every step of the integration process.

Key Skills:
  • Proven experience in merger and acquisition integration

  • Strategic thinking and business acumen
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive integration plans
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and deliver essential data and information
  • Assist leaders of acquired businesses in adopting our Sales, Service, and Marketing models
  • Travel internationally to facilitate integration activities
  • Lead project management initiatives and drive delivery-focused results
