**Job Summary**

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced carer to support an elderly individual living with dementia in their own home.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assist with personal care needs, including washing, dressing, and toileting
  • Support with mealtime activities and medication
  • Perform household tasks, such as changing bed linen and washing dishes
  • Provide emotional support and companionship

**Requirements:**

  • Experience in supporting individuals with dementia or similar needs
  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and evenings
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Kind and caring approach
