Teaching Opportunity at a Southeast England School

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Primary School Teacher to join our team in Windsor Meadows, Southeast England. As an Early Years Educator, you will be responsible for providing high-quality education to Reception students, ensuring their academic and personal growth.

About the Role

This is a permanent full-time contract with an estimated salary of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

You will be working in a two-form entry school with a Good Ofsted rating report, known for its rich tapestry of cultures and inclusive atmosphere. The passionate educators at the school provide a holistic education, instilling not only academic knowledge but also values of empathy and understanding.

In this role, you will plan, prepare, and deliver lessons that cater to the diverse needs of Reception students, implementing appropriate teaching strategies to engage and inspire them. You will assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback and setting targets for improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement curriculum materials, collaborating with colleagues to share best practices.
  2. Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respectful behavior and positive relationships.
  3. Communicate effectively with parents/guardians to provide updates on student progress and address any concerns.

The successful candidate will have excellent knowledge of the National Curriculum and assessment methods, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of individual learners.
