About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Account Management Director to lead our client's financial services team. This exciting opportunity involves overseeing financial transactions, managing client relationships, and supervising a team of administrators.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Manage daily banking operations, including bank reconciliations and payment processing.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to improve client engagement and retention.
  3. Collaborate with colleagues to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  4. Mentor and train team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  5. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in account management or a related field.
  • Proven leadership and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required to build effective relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary of £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, the successful candidate will receive comprehensive benefits, including health insurance and professional development opportunities.
