Security Team Member Opportunity
We are seeking a Security Team Member to join our team at Billing Aquadrome in Northamptonshire. As a key member of our security team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our guests, team members, and others who visit our resort.
About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with the security team to maintain a safe and secure environment
- Provide excellent customer service to our guests, responding promptly to their needs and concerns
- Conduct regular patrols of the resort, both on foot and by vehicle, to monitor activity and prevent potential incidents
- Respond to alarms and incidents in a timely and professional manner
- Monitor noise levels and take action to prevent disturbance
- Assist with late guest arrivals and provide site information to guests and team members
- Maintain accurate records of incidents and security-related activities
- Develop strong relationships with colleagues and other departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration
Requirements:
- Valid SIA badge
- Full driving licence
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive, friendly, and energetic attitude
