Job Summary

We are seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team at Plastic Surgery Services in Hagerstown, MD. As a CRNA, you will be responsible for providing high-quality anesthesia care to patients undergoing plastic surgery procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Pre-anesthesia assessment and preparation of patients for surgery
  • Obtaining and verifying patient consent for anesthesia services
  • Discussing anesthetic options and risks with patients and their families
  • Induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
  • Monitoring of patients' physiological condition during anesthesia
  • Performance of clinical interventions as needed
  • Current licensure as a registered professional nurse and certification as a CRNA

Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia education
  • Certification or recertification by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists
