Job Description

Coyne Recruitment is seeking a skilled Employment Opportunities Specialist to join our team in the Employability and Skills sector.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing holistic support to unemployed individuals, empowering them to find and sustain employment. This will involve meeting with job seekers, identifying challenges and barriers to employment, and developing bilateral relationships with clients for a professional and holistic approach.

Your Daily Responsibilities Will Include:

  1. Conducting detailed diagnostics to identify client needs and requirements.
  2. Creating SMART weekly action plans to ensure clients are moving closer to employment.
  3. Motivating clients in an engaging work environment.
  4. Negotiating with local employers to showcase clients' skills and abilities.
  5. Providing information, advice, and guidance tailored to clients' circumstances.
  6. Completing benefit calculations and advising on benefits.
  7. Booking job seekers into relevant training courses.
  8. Supporting job seekers with CV writing and the job application process.
  9. Liaising with employers to identify employment opportunities for job seekers.

Salary Information:

We offer a competitive salary of £29,500 per annum, depending on experience.
