About the Role
As a Warehouse Shift Manager at Uniserve Group, you will play a key role in overseeing the efficient operation of our warehouse. You will be responsible for leading, motivating, and developing your team while ensuring that key performance indicators (KPIs) are consistently met or exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:
- Allocate resources effectively to meet business requirements
- Manage and mentor supervisors, conducting regular performance reviews
- Ensure adherence to operational KPIs, health and safety policies, and security protocols
- Review and maintain equipment, supplies, and the overall appearance of the warehouse
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement necessary changes
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Proven track record of leading teams in a warehouse environment
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive performance
- Experience in performance management and team development
- IT proficiency and understanding of logistics and warehousing operations
