Client Relationship Manager

At Third Nexus Group Limited, we are seeking a skilled Client Relationship Manager to join our team. As a critical component in ensuring the success of our clients, you will be responsible for managing technical relationships and providing high-level support within our Managed Service Provider framework.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations.
- Conduct regular account reviews and strategy sessions with clients to align our services with their business objectives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring client satisfaction and addressing any concerns.
- Proven experience in an MSP environment (or similar IT experience).
- Experience in managing and delivering services to multiple clients.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Growing our customer partnerships through upsells.
- Understanding our customer's needs & identifying opportunities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
This is a semi-technical role, so an understanding of Microsoft 365 and IT Infrastructure is beneficial. If you have a strong technical acumen and exceptional client communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
