Job Description

At Firstagency, we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our Solutions division. As a dedicated resource, you'll represent our brand and assume the role of Project Manager, delivering exceptional service to our clients through excellent project management.

The ideal candidate will have extensive event management, project planning, leadership, and negotiation skills. You'll be responsible for managing, supporting, and executing the coordination of conferences and events, including end-to-end delivery, budget creation, and contract negotiations.

You'll work closely with Event Tech Coordinators/Managers to ensure smooth event execution, and have a strong network of supplier contacts and established working relationships. A good understanding of audio-visual requirements, internal and external speaker management, and food and beverage requirements is essential.

As a Project Manager, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing project timelines and reporting to internal clients on progress, key milestones, and client team deliverable deadlines.
  • Working closely with Event Tech Coordinators/Managers to ensure event website, registration, and reporting processes run smoothly.
  • Preparing detailed on-site event management documentation and verbal briefings for support staff, venues, and suppliers.
  • Assisting in training and monitoring new starters within the team as assigned by the Team Manager.

Qualifications, Key Skills & Experience:

  • Extensive event management, project planning, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated first-hand knowledge and experience of venues and destinations in EMEA.
  • Strong network of supplier contacts and established working relationships.
  • Good/advanced working knowledge of the MS Office Suite.
  • Flexible and willing to work long hours (evenings, weekends) and travel.

  • Strictly adhere to and comply with all operational policies and processes as required by the Solutions client.
