Key Responsibilities:- Provide legal advice and support to the business on commercial contracts, including tenders, offers, and negotiations.
- Advising senior management team and directors on contract content and risks.
- Maintaining, drafting, and reviewing live commercial contracts.

- Collaborating with finance, procurement, and contract management teams to achieve optimal results.
- Informing and assisting sales and project teams on risk, opportunities, and points of attention.

- Working with key sales and commercial terms in a supervisory-level role.
- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
