Job Description

PDA Search & Selection is seeking a skilled Regional Facilities Manager to lead the technical teams in delivering PPM and Reactive maintenance services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure services are delivered in line with legislative and regulatory standards whilst meeting service level agreements.
  • Complete a schedule of compliance audits in a timely fashion, taking corrective action as required.
  • Provide technical support and coaching to RMTE Supervisors.
  • Support the Divisional Manager on all technical, people, and FM process issues.
  • Deal promptly with all Helpdesk calls and ensure that the issues are resolved effectively in line with SLAs, escalating where necessary.
Financial Responsibility:

The Regional Facilities Manager is responsible for managing all expenditure and ensuring effective cost control within agreed budgets.

People Responsibility:

The RFM will be responsible for the direct line management of the RMTE Supervisors, including recruitment, training, and development.

Requirements:
  • NVQ Level 3/City and Guilds 236 Part 1 + 2 or equivalent in electrical installation/Maintenance.
  • A working understanding of service and repair requirements for a wide range of electrical and mechanical equipment.
  • Strong PC literacy, with experience in extracting, collating, and presenting performance data.
  • Excellent planning, organising, prioritisation, and project management skills.
  • Strong results focus, takes accountability for own performance and that of the team.
Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. The company offers a range of benefits, including a Company Vehicle/ Car Allowance, Pension, Private Healthcare, and 33 days holiday (including bank holidays).
