Competitive Compensation Package
The estimated salary for this position ranges from £35,000 to £45,000 per annum, with on-target earnings (OTE) exceeding £60,000. Additional financial incentives are available for Saturday/Sunday work.

About the Role
This challenging yet rewarding role involves performing advanced treatments, including biomechanics, cryotherapy, laser therapies, and foot acupuncture. The successful candidate will serve as the primary contact for the podiatry team, providing leadership and guidance. They will also contribute to team development through training and mentorship.

Work Environment
The position is full-time, with a 5-day work week and one weekend day included. There is flexibility to accommodate client needs. Nestled in the heart of the Cotswolds, Cheltenham offers a perfect blend of urban sophistication and rural charm.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must possess a Podiatry Degree with HCPC and College of Podiatry or SMAE registration. A minimum of three years' experience in private clinics, focusing on exceptional customer service, is essential. Expertise in advanced foot treatments and therapies is also required.
