The Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled system implementation expert with extensive experience in PV Signal detection and analytics to join our Professional Services team as a Senior Consultant – Safety & PV SME.

This key role involves working closely with customers and our manager to implement Vault Safety, driving the overall delivery of the solution while defining business processes and guiding customers throughout the implementation programs.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead life sciences customers in the rapid configuration and implementation of Vault Safety.
  • Develop strategies, business processes, and implementation programs for deploying Vault Safety Workbench and Vault Safety Signal across an organization.
  • Collaborate with the Product team to influence the design and features of early adopter products.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on Drug Safety and Pharmacovigilance for customers and project teams.
  • Manage projects, including resource planning, leading and motivating cross-functional teams, and tracking progress.
  • Serve as the primary contact for customer liaison, managing communication between project teams, customers, and internal stakeholders.

What You'll Do

  1. Help us transform and bring innovation to Drug Safety and Pharmacovigilance by leading the implementation of our Vault Safety Signal solution.
  2. Work closely with customers and our manager to drive the overall delivery of Vault Safety.
  3. Define and drive business processes, drive the project team in delivering the solution, and guide our customers throughout the implementation programs and best practices.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the life sciences industry, with a focus on Drug Safety, Pharmacovigilance, Healthcare, or adjacent Safety Industry.
  • Subject matter expertise in Signal Detection and experience implementing safety databases like ARISg (LifeSphere), ARGUS, Empirica, and/or other Pharmacovigilance and/or Signal Detection solutions.
  • Self-motivated individual with proven ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to thrive in an ambiguous start-up environment.
  • Ability to travel upon business requirements.

Estimated Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 per year

Location: Remote position within the EU/UK, with the possibility of working from home or in the office.
