Aquatic Trainer

About the Role: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Swimming Teacher to join our team at Arnos Pool in Enfield. As a key member of our swimming program, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective swimming lessons to customers of all ages.

Job Description:

• Maintain a positive image of the Centre by providing a welcoming and professional poolside service
• Comply with customer commitments and ensure standards are maintained
• Ensure the safety and control of pupils within swimming lessons and enforce relevant regulations
• Actively encourage pupils to enrol on further courses and assist with new-enrolments as required

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• STA Award or Certificate level or Swim England Level 2 qualification
• Knowledge of the Swim England Learn to Swim Programme and National Rescue Award for Swimming Teachers & Coaches
