**Job Description:**

We are seeking an experienced Automation Systems Specialist to join our team at 3Recruit Ltd. This role is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled technician to take their career to the next level.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in diagnostic and fault-finding on a range of automation systems, with experience working within high volume precision mechanical assembly engineering environments.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshooting and Diagnostics: Identify and troubleshoot issues within automated systems, implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.
  • Maintenance and Repairs: Perform regular preventive maintenance on automated assembly cells to ensure maximum efficiency of equipment.
  • Fault-Finding: Identify root causes of technical issues within automation processes to improve efficiency and reduce cycle times.
  • Ongoing Optimisation and Continuous Improvement: Evaluate and optimise automation processes to improve efficiency, reduce cycle times, and enhance product quality.
  • Collaboration with Automation Integrators: Work closely with automation integrators on the installation, testing, and upgrading of automated systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong technical background in diagnostic and fault-finding on automation systems.
  • Experience working within high volume precision mechanical assembly engineering environments.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with automation integrators.
