Job Description:

As Event Operations Coordinator, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of beverage services and logistical support for events. Key tasks include setting up and breaking down bars, cellars, and service areas, managing stock levels, and handling and transporting kegs and crates.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the setup and breakdown of bars, cellars, and service areas before and after events
  • Manage stock levels and ensure timely delivery of beverages and supplies
  • Safely handle and transport heavy items such as kegs and crates
  • Work closely with the bar and catering teams to ensure seamless event operations
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in all work areas, including storage rooms and cellars

Requirements:

  • Must be over 18 due to the nature of handling alcohol and stock
  • No prior experience necessary; logistics or stock management experience is beneficial
  • Able to lift and transport heavy items
  • Strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends
  • Team player with a strong work ethic
