About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Paid Media Executive to join our dynamic team at H2eCommerce. As a key member of our paid media team, you will play a crucial role in assisting with the day-to-day management of our paid media campaigns, working closely with our marketing and commercial departments.

This is an excellent opportunity for a marketing graduate or someone with equivalent experience to kick-start their career in paid media and marketing. You will have the chance to learn and grow within a supportive environment, with training provided to help you develop your skills and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the implementation and testing of new paid media features, ensuring seamless integration with our existing campaigns.
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics across multiple territories, providing valuable insights to inform our marketing strategy.
  • Assist in the launch and optimization of paid search campaigns, ensuring maximum ROI and campaign effectiveness.
  • Develop and test basic adverts for effectiveness, performing bid optimizations to drive campaign success.
  • Coordinate with our marketing team to manage and organize assets, such as videos and images, for paid media campaigns.
  • Analyze trends to make data-driven decisions, staying up-to-date with the latest paid media and SEM trends, conducting keyword research, and identifying product opportunities.
Requirements
  • Marketing degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Basic understanding or exposure to PPC or paid media.
  • Strong analytical, numeracy, and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines.
  • Enthusiastic and proactive attitude.
