Regional Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at ACS Business Performance Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing the sales of our recycling services within a designated territory and/or accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a regional sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities for additional business and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination of sales efforts.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity, providing insights to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales management, with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends, providing insights to inform sales strategies.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
