Salary
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our supported living service in Whalley Range, Manchester. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for:
- Collaborating with the Area Team Leader or Registered Manager to ensure a safe and supportive environment
- Managing staff rotas to ensure adequate coverage
- Accurately managing documentation to maintain compliance and quality standards
- Fostering positive relationships with families and external organizations
- Driving a manual UK vehicle as required
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Knowledge of learning disabilities and Autistic Spectrum Condition
- Experience in supported living, preferably with a focus on person-centered care
- A willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as required
