Manzi's Team is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Junior Sous Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for supporting the Sous Chef in the preparation and presentation of our seasonal classic European cuisine. Your expertise in food safety and health and safety legislation will be essential in maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety in our kitchen. **Key Responsibilities:**

* Assist the Sous Chef in the preparation and presentation of dishes
* Support with busy services, ensuring smooth and efficient operations
* Be an integral part of the wider kitchen management team
* Train, develop, and supervise junior chefs within the team
* Work as part of a professional team within a highly organized, well-equipped kitchen

**Requirements:**

* Previous experience as a Junior Sous or Senior Chef De Partie within a similar kitchen environment and/or hospitality setting
* Good knowledge of classical techniques and excellent product knowledge
* Proficient in Food Safety and Health & Safety legislation
* Good communicator and able to communicate effectively with all departments
* Able to lead positively and promote a sense of collaboration and professionalism
* Right to work in the UK
