Your Role

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital part in helping our service users engage in meaningful opportunities and activities. You will provide support during leisure and social activities, get involved in the community, and celebrate special occasions.

  • Help our service users develop new life skills and take the lead in their care and support.
  • Communicate effectively with our service users, considering their individual needs and communication styles.
  • Work across various shift patterns, including early, late, weekend, or night shifts, to ensure our service users receive the support they need.

Gretton House is a quiet and calm village setting where our service users are at the heart of everything we do. We provide a supportive environment where people can develop new skills, build relationships, and enjoy a great life filled with amazing experiences.
