Reed HR is partnering with a Global Professional Services company to recruit a full-time EDI Specialist for a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role will operate on a hybrid working model, with some days based in the office and the rest from home each week.

The main responsibilities of this role are to support the business' overall EDI strategy by leading on the engagement and planning of various projects and initiatives in line with the company vision, values, and strategy. Working closely with the comms team, you will be responsible for ensuring all content, information, and engagement are delivered to the business in a timely and efficient manner.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as a point of contact for any EDI queries from across the business
  • Managing the EDI engagement plan, working closely with the Comms team and international HR network to ensure reporting deadlines, events, and awards are carried out efficiently
  • Managing the international EDI intranet, driving people to keep up to date with EDI initiatives
  • Leading on delivery of EDI reporting and insights, such as executive reports, external communications, and other mandatory reporting
  • Ensuring the business is up to date with any new legislation, creating reports as required
  • Managing and taking accountability for the practical implementation and rollout of any plans and projects and evaluating critical success factors
  • Preparing any events or awards activities, creating slide decks and resource materials as required
  • Drafting and entering EDI awards submissions on behalf of the business
  • Undertaking any additional ad-hoc duties or projects as required

This is a professional and demanding EDI Specialist role, and to be successful, it is ideal that you have supported and implemented company-wide projects and initiatives, as well as have a genuine interest and enthusiasm for Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion.
