Job Summary

NHS Scotland is seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our Community Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service. As a Specialist Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to children and adolescents with complex mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide occupational therapy services to children and adolescents with complex mental health needs
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Conduct assessments and interventions to promote physical and emotional well-being
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and community partners

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Current registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
