Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Housekeeping Team Leader to join our team at Cricket St Thomas. As a key member of our Housekeeping department, you will be responsible for leading a team of housekeeping staff to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of housekeeping staff to achieve high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement effective housekeeping procedures to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
  • Monitor and control costs to ensure budget targets are met.
  • Work closely with the Housekeeping Manager to ensure seamless communication and collaboration between departments.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for improvement in housekeeping processes and procedures.

Requirements

  • Proven experience of leading a team in a similar role.
  • Management or cleaning qualification or willingness to develop to this level.
  • Ability to manage costs in line with budgets.
  • Effective communicator with the ability to clearly articulate ideas.
