About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Java Developer to join our team at numi, a pioneering company in the AI landscape. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining backend services with Java and Spring to power AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement scalable backend services using Java and Spring, ensuring seamless communication with the frontend.
  • Collaborate with the team to transition from Java to new languages and frameworks, such as Kotlin and Go, to meet the demands of the future.
  • Work on platform architecture, ensuring it scales to support multiple client decision-making processes through microservices.
  • Develop APIs and services to support the frontend in displaying critical decision-making data for our clients.
Requirements
  • 3-4 years of experience in full-stack development or backend development, with expertise in Java and Spring.
  • Familiarity with Kotlin, Go, or a willingness to learn these languages as we transition.
  • Strong backend design skills, with a focus on building scalable web services and APIs.
  • Solid communication skills to collaborate effectively with the team, especially as you work on backend services for frontend interfaces.
