As a Complex Care Lead - Paediatric Team at Leaders in Care, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children with complex needs. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional care and support, and we are looking for an experienced Paediatric Nurse Manager to join us.

About the Role:

  • You will be responsible for managing a team of carers, providing face-to-face support to clients and their families, and creating personalized care plans.
  • This role requires strong communication skills, both verbally and written, to liaise effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our organization and ensuring that we continue to deliver high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. To design and deliver tailored care plans specific to individual client needs.
  2. To manage and lead the multidisciplinary team through strong communication and teamwork.
  3. To provide ongoing monitoring, support, and assessment of client's physical and physiological needs within your caseload.

What We Offer:

  • An estimated salary range of £45,000-£65,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
