Salary
The basic starting salary for this role will be £26,769.60 per annum, with opportunities to earn up to £32,000 through commissions and performance-based incentives.
Job Description
As a Service Advisor, you will play a critical role in creating unforgettable experiences for our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to fully understand the needs and wants of our customers, and deliver a wow factor service that exceeds their expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster strong relationships with customers by actively listening to their needs and concerns.
- Collaborate with aftersales, parts, and sales teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient resolution of customer queries.
- Act as the vital link between customers and the workshop, ensuring timely and effective delivery of services.
