Associate Structural Director Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Structural Engineer to join our team as an Associate Director, leading our Structural design team on a wide variety of interesting and challenging projects in our Birmingham office.

About the Role

As an Associate Director, you will have a large involvement in both new build and refurbishment projects, working from early planning to the end delivery phase. Your key responsibilities will include developing conceptual designs, delivering high-quality designs, drawings, and reports using engineering materials, undertaking cost-control for your projects, and supervising the staff under your direction.

Requirements
  • 12 years of industry experience as a Structural Engineer
  • Chartered Member of the ICE or IStructE
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Tekla, and Revit
  • Experience managing and checking the design of a group of engineers and technicians
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
What We Offer

In return, you will receive a highly competitive salary package with a basic salary in the £55,000 - £70,000 range, a bi-annual discretionary bonus, 29 days annual leave, and agile working with three days in the office and two from home.
