Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in motor sales, with excellent customer service skills and the ability to build strong relationships with customers.

As a Senior Motor Sales Professional, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing customer expectations, and providing an exceptional buying experience.

You will also be expected to work closely with other departments within the group to ensure seamless communication and a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets through effective sales techniques and customer engagement
  • Manage customer expectations and provide solutions to meet their needs
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to achieve overall group objectives
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in motor sales, preferably in a similar role
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
