About the Role

Aon is seeking a highly skilled Insurance Risk Manager to join our Corporate team in Leeds/Sheffield. As a key contact with clients, you will be responsible for managing their insurance programs and coordinating the provision of services to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client relationships and ensure the highest level of service to each assigned client.
  • Identify and introduce Aon's products and services to meet client needs and understand and communicate client business issues and needs to the service team and other parts of Aon.
  • Grow the revenue and profitability of your client portfolio, including meeting annual revenue targets.
  • Work in accordance with the Aon UK Limited Risk Management Framework and compliance with Aon UK Limited policies.
Requirements
  • ACII or equivalent qualification or working towards.
  • Proven experience in the insurance industry, with experience in client relationship management and core lines of commercial risks.
  • Commercial understanding of business, including market forces, business drivers, market dynamics, competitors, and risks.
  • Prior experience with sales, fee setting, negotiation, and influencing.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Client-focused with a consultative approach and commitment to excellence in client service.
