Brandon James is seeking a dedicated CDM Principal Designer to join their dynamic team based in Newcastle. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with the CDM Regulations 2015, working on diverse and exciting projects across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the role of CDM Principal Designer on a wide range of projects, ensuring effective health and safety standards are maintained.
  • Advise clients and project teams on health and safety matters, providing expert guidance and support.
  • Conduct design risk assessments and manage health and safety files, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure health and safety standards are maintained throughout project lifecycles.
  • Deliver CDM workshops and training sessions, promoting a culture of health and safety excellence.

Requirements:

  • NEBOSH National Certificate in Construction Health and Safety or equivalent.
  • Background in construction or design-related discipline.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and project teams.
