Production Operations Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Production Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities across our production units. The successful candidate will ensure optimum production performance, efficiency, quality, and safety within their area of control. Key responsibilities include leading a team of production staff, maintaining standards of quality, food safety, hygiene, and housekeeping, and ensuring timely management of attendance, disciplinary, and performance management issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively promote a safety culture ensuring that H&S requirements are carried out effectively.
  • Maintain standards of quality, food safety, hygiene, and housekeeping within their areas of control.
  • Lead a team of production staff and manage attendance, disciplinary, and performance management issues.
  • Ensure delivery of agreed KPIs within their areas of control.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed agreed performance targets for their areas of control.
