New Homes Sales Manager Role

We are seeking a highly motivated New Homes Sales Manager to join our team in the Nottingham, Chesterfield, and Mansfield area. The primary objective of this position is to secure new site instructions and develop strong relationships with local developers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Forge and develop relationships with developers in the area.
  • Win new site instructions.
  • Gain and maintain sole agency.
  • Ensure relationships are developed and maintained to a high standard.
  • Act as the central point of contact for Regional Sales Managers and Sales Directors.
  • Identify and evaluate potential new site opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Preferably experience in New Homes Sales with an Estate Agency or builder/developer.
  • Able to build relationships and deliver sales in a target-driven environment.
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience.
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented.
  • Self-motivated, able to work autonomously, and act on initiative.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems).
