We are now seeking an experienced Repairs Surveyor to join our team in Central London, working 35 hours per week and earning a competitive salary of £45,000-£55,000 depending on experience.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for carrying out repairs and maintenance within the area of operation, covering Central London, North London, and Hertfordshire. You will work closely with our Senior Repairs Surveyor and other teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Your key responsibilities will include:
  1. Carrying out repairs and maintenance within the designated area of operation.
  2. Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
