Join Our Team as a Capital Actuary

We are seeking a highly skilled Capital Actuary to join our team at High Finance (UK) Limited T/A HFG. As a key member of our Actuarial and Finance team, you will play a vital role in helping us achieve our business goals.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Nearly/Newly Qualified Capital Actuary to take ownership of the role and grow alongside our business. You will work closely with our Head of Capital and other senior management to drive strategic initiatives and make a significant impact on our company's growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Head of Capital and senior management to develop and implement capital parameterisation strategies.
  • Build and maintain the capital model, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
  • Purchase outwards reinsurance and develop strategic initiatives to drive business growth.
  • Mentor junior team members and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Work closely with the reserving and pricing teams to provide support and gain exposure to their work.
